If you are in a client services business, you know that’s an understatement!
I’ve worked with small businesses in almost all cases, which have a particular set of budget and resource constraints that can make them a particular challenge, to say the least.
When you work with clients for that long, you learn some really important lessons about what it takes to do it profitably and still have a life.
In recent weeks, I’ve had a lot of conversations with members of this community that I thought would know these lessons already but did not, which made me realize that I needed to get this stuff out in your hands ASAP!
